A further Coronavirus update regarding the Human Machines tour schedule and changes to the exhibition.

Worcester Museum and Art Gallery have had to cancel exhibiting the Human Machines exhibition due to various coronavirus related issues and are sadly unable to accommodate it at a later date.

We have acquired some touch free buttons – similar to the type sometimes found on automatic exit doors – so as soon as the exhibition is allowed to re-open we will be modifying the operation plinths to hands free. This will make all the pieces except the Midlife Crisis Bagatelle, which works with a spring return lever mechanism, safe for the public to interact with.

So currently, as of May 20th, the exhibition is still sat in Gracefield Arts Centre in Dumfries and may end up being exhibited there for a little while when the lockdown restrictions are relaxed to allow galleries to open, it will then go to the venues below.
